So – What the heck is Bikram Yoga and why should you check it out?
Bikram Yoga is 26 postures in a specific sequence chosen by Bikram Choudhury from Hatha Yoga.
These 26 postures, in this sequence, have been proven to systematically work every part of you body, including every one of your internal organs, your veins, your ligaments and every muscle big and small.
This Yoga gives your body everything it needs to maintain optimum health and maximum function. Every single pose (in the correct order) does something special for each part of your body and works with every other pose to create maximum benefit to your health, strength, endurance and overall well-being!
